Support for ADL2 Support for ADL2 is provided via the web at http://adl.opengroup.org/reports/submit.html. If you are a paying ADL2 support customer, you will have been given a support submitter ID. Please use that submitter ID when submitting support requests via the web. For your convenience, you can set the CGI variables name, company, and email to appropriate values by appending them to the URL above (e.g. ?name=submitter-id&company=My+Company&email=user@site.com). Once you have submitted your problem report, you will receive confirmation via e-mail that includes the problem report identifier. Please use this identifier in any followup messages to the support system or support staff. If you want to query the status of your problem report, you can check the system on-line at http://adl.opengroup.org/reports. Note that newly submitted reports will not appear in the searchable database for up to a day after they are submitted. Note that, while it is our goal to address every ADL2 problem reported, The Open Group makes no committment to fix reported problems unless you are a paying ADL2 support subscriber.
